ECSC Trading Ltd is a company formed in 2020 as a wholly owned trading arm of Edlesborough Community Sports Club C.I.O., a Registered Charity in England & Wales No.1160939. A Charity trading arm is a structure recommended by HMRC and the Charity Commission. By operating through a trading subsidiary, the charity can ensure that its activities are conducted in a tax-efficient manner, maximising the resources available for its charitable purposes. Although an independent company, ECSC Trading Ltd operates under the governance and oversight of the Charity's Trustees.
